We live in times of disruption where old economies have broken down. It’s important that we all collaborate, experiment and build a new growth model for Europe beyond the crisis.
I believe it should be built on four pillars: research, innovation, education and entrepreneurship. The first three create an ecosystem and entrepreneurship is the glue, the driver, the link between capacity and actual growth and jobs. To become more entrepreneurial, European member states, cities and regions, universities and industry must learn how to collaborate with young start-up companies and help them scale up their innovations to the global markets and to the society.
I am so proud to contribute and help Europe become more entrepreneurial.
